How to Make Breakfast Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Whisk together eggs, diced red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until scrambled; set aside to cool.
- Unroll the crescent dough sheets on a floured surface, pinching edges together to form a rectangle.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough.
- Layer the scrambled eggs, sausage, crumbled bacon, and cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
- Arrange slices in the prepared baking pan and bake for 24-26 minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally brushed with melted butter and garnished with fresh parsley.
