  • 1/4 cup Milk Use non-dairy milk for a dairy-free option
  • 1 lb Ground Breakfast Sausage Turkey or plant-based sausage can be used
  • 4 oz Bacon Can use turkey bacon or omit
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Substitute with other cheese types if desired
For the Dough
  • 2 sheets Crescent Dough Can substitute with pizza or homemade bread dough
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (Chive and Onion) Plain or another flavored cream cheese works too

How to Make Breakfast Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Whisk together eggs, diced red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until scrambled; set aside to cool.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough sheets on a floured surface, pinching edges together to form a rectangle.
  4. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Layer the scrambled eggs, sausage, crumbled bacon, and cheese on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Arrange slices in the prepared baking pan and bake for 24-26 minutes.
  8. Serve warm, optionally brushed with melted butter and garnished with fresh parsley.
