Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss diced sweet potatoes and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  3. Arrange chicken breasts in the center of the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Roast everything in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
  5. Blend the mango, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  6. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Toss the warm sweet potatoes and broccoli with a little chili paste.
  8. Assemble your bowl with fresh greens, rice or quinoa, veggies, chicken, mango sauce, and avocado.
  9. Drizzle with spicy mango sauce before serving.
