Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Marinate the boneless chicken breasts with olive oil, cumin, and paprika for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes per side.
  3. Slice the bolillo rolls and toast them lightly until golden.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the rolls, then layer the cooked chicken, avocado, tomato, onion, and cilantro.
  5. Close the sandwich, press down gently, cut in half, and serve immediately.
