Method
 

Instructions
  1. Pound the Chicken: Place boneless chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to ¼-½ inch thickness, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set Up Breading Station: Gather three shallow dishes—one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with Panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge the Chicken: Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat and Fry: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Heat olive oil or butter in skillet, fry chicken for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Add Toppings: Lay ham slices over each chicken piece and then add Swiss cheese on top.
  6. Bake the Chicken: Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and cheese is melted.
  7. Make the Mustard Sauce: Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until smooth.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Drizzle creamy mustard sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
