Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well and let cool slightly.
  4. Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl and set aside.
  5. Lay the tortillas flat and spread the beef mixture evenly, sprinkling the shredded cheddar and mozzarella on top.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides; place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with sliced pickles before serving.
