Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well and let cool slightly.
- Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl and set aside.
- Lay the tortillas flat and spread the beef mixture evenly, sprinkling the shredded cheddar and mozzarella on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides; place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
