Preparation Steps

  4. Scatter chunks of feta cheese and whole garlic cloves evenly across the potatoes, allowing the flavors to blend during roasting.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, tossing them halfway through to ensure even cooking and browning.
  6. Once done, let the potatoes cool slightly before serving. Drizzle any remaining olive oil from the pan over the dish and include the roasted garlic cloves in your presentation.
