- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Chop fresh cauliflower into bite-sized florets and coat with cornstarch.
- Spread cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Toss the baked cauliflower with the prepared sauce until fully coated.
- Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
