- Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork until golden and crisp, about 10-12 minutes.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet and set the pork aside.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauces, brown sugar, vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water in a bowl.
- Pour the glaze over the seared pork and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
