How to Make Jalapeño Cheddar Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9-inch loaf pan.
  3. Sift together in a large mixing bowl the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
  4. Mix in the granulated sugar, salt, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños.
  5. Whisk together eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, then fold in the melted butter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-80 minutes, checking for doneness with a cake tester.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
