  • 1 pound Seasoned Beef Thinly sliced cuts preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to preference
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Fresh ground recommended
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper Mix colors for presentation
  • 1 medium Onion Optional, sauté until caramelized
For the Toppings
  • 8 ounces Provolone Cheese Melts beautifully; alternatives include mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast Optional for extra cheesy flavor
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional for enhanced flavor

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the thinly sliced seasoned beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until it's browned and juicy.
  2. Add the sliced bell peppers (and onions if using) to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté for another 5 minutes, until the peppers are just tender and colorful.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, sprinkle the provolone cheese on top of the beef and peppers, cover, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Once melted, take off the lid and spoon the hearty beef and pepper mixture into bowls. Serve hot.
