Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or olive oil.
  2. Score the chicken breasts lightly on both sides and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and red chili pepper flakes.
  3. Pour melted butter evenly over the seasoned chicken breasts.
  4. Bake the chicken for 30-32 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and return to the oven for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before serving.
