How to Make Savory Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the chopped pistachios, honey, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper until thoroughly combined.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface, cutting it into 3x3-inch squares.
  4. Place a piece of Brie in the center of each square and spoon the pistachio mixture on top.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the Brie, pinching them to seal each bite securely.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake the bites for 15-20 minutes until they’re puffed and golden.
  8. Cool slightly before garnishing with fresh cranberries or pomegranate seeds.
