How to Make Potsticker Noodle Bowl
- Boil Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions for perfect chewiness. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent clumping; set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat peanut oil over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and ¼ cup of sliced green onions. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together low-sodium chicken broth, mirin, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha if desired.
- Add the cooked Lo Mein noodles and coleslaw mix to the skillet with the pork. Pour in the prepared sauce and mix gently.
- Mix gently using tongs for 2-3 minutes until everything is combined and the sauce slightly reduces. Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
