How to Make Potsticker Noodle Bowl
  1. Boil Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions for perfect chewiness. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent clumping; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat peanut oil over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and ¼ cup of sliced green onions. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together low-sodium chicken broth, mirin, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha if desired.
  4. Add the cooked Lo Mein noodles and coleslaw mix to the skillet with the pork. Pour in the prepared sauce and mix gently.
  5. Mix gently using tongs for 2-3 minutes until everything is combined and the sauce slightly reduces. Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
