Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry, seasoning with salt, pepper, and thyme, then drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Squeeze juice from fresh oranges into a bowl, then mix with honey to form the glaze.
  4. Roast the chicken for about 40-45 minutes, basting halfway with the orange glaze.
