How to Make Smothered Green Chili Burritos
  1. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle in the spices and stir well to coat the meat for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour in diced green chilies and red enchilada sauce, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
