How to Make Strawberry Dole Whip
- In your blender, add 2 cups of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Blend until absolutely smooth and luscious, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pause to scrape down the sides of the blender. Taste your mixture; if you desire more sweetness, add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and blend again until integrated.
- If you prefer a soft-serve texture, serve immediately in bowls or cones. For a firmer texture, pour into a container and freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
