How to Make Stuffed Mushroom Dip
  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms, allowing them to sauté for 8-10 minutes until they’re browned and tender. Stir in minced garlic and let it cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  2. Reduce the heat to low, then add softened cream cheese and sour cream. Stir the mixture until fully melted and combined, creating a smooth and creamy base.
  3. Add half of the shredded mozzarella and all of the grated Parmesan cheese into the skillet. Stir until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top of the dip mixture. Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. Garnish your dip with fresh thyme or parsley for a pop of color. Serve it hot with your favorite toasted bread, crunchy crackers, or crisp veggie sticks.
