How to Make Thai Basil Beef Rolls
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in the shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are tender but still vibrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Soften the rice paper wrappers by dipping them in warm water for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Lay the softened wrappers on a clean surface. Place portions of the beef mixture and a few fresh basil leaves in the center.
  5. Gently fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a platter and serve immediately.
