  • 12 rolls Hawaiian Sweet Rolls or any sweet dinner rolls
  • 3 cups Cooked Turkey diced, sliced, or pulled
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce or BBQ cranberry sauce for a twist
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese or any favorite cheese
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Butter or margarine for dairy-free option
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard or Dijon Mustard omit if preferred milder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds optional

How to Make Turkey Cranberry Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick foil or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Separate the top and bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  4. Layer diced cooked turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese over the bottom half.
  5. Cover with the top halves of the sliders.
  6. Mix melted butter, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and poppy seeds, then pour over the sliders.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 3 minutes.
