How to Make Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain them and lay them flat on a clean surface.
  2. Combine the filling by mixing chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Take each lasagna noodle and place 1/4 cup of the filling on it; roll tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the filled roll-ups, generously sprinkle them with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. After that, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes until the roll-ups are bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for an added touch of flavor and freshness.
