How to Make Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain them and lay them flat on a clean surface.
- Combine the filling by mixing chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Take each lasagna noodle and place 1/4 cup of the filling on it; roll tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the filled roll-ups, generously sprinkle them with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, ensuring even coverage.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. After that, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes until the roll-ups are bubbly and golden on top.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for an added touch of flavor and freshness.
