How to Make Smashburger Quesadillas
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and form into balls, handling carefully.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook beef balls for 3-4 minutes on each side.
