Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°F. Line a 10x15 jelly roll pan with waxed paper, and don’t forget to butter the paper! This helps your treats come out easily.
- Combine marshmallows and 1/4 cup of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and heat on high for 30 seconds. Stir repeatedly until everything is completely blended and smooth.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal and graham cracker crumbs. Use a spatula to press this sweet mixture firmly into your prepared pan, ensuring an even layer.
- Spread marshmallow creme on top of your mixture using an offset spatula to create a delightful layer of sweetness.
- Place the Hershey's chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow creme. Pop the pan in the oven for just 2 minutes to allow the chocolate to soften.
- Use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly across the softened marshmallow creme. Let this beautiful layer cool for 10 minutes.
- Roll it up jelly roll style! Start on the long side and peel away the waxed paper as you roll, pinching the seams together to create a perfect roll.
