How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the salted butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg white and vanilla extract into the mixture. Mix until everything is combined.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder in a separate bowl before gradually adding it to the wet ingredients.
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and cut out circles with a cookie cutter.
  6. Bake the cookies at 350°F for 6-8 minutes.
  7. Cool the cookies on a wire rack completely.
  8. Microwave the caramels and milk together for 1 minute, stirring halfway.
  9. Spoon the caramel onto each cooled cookie.
  10. Chill the cookies and caramel in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  11. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  12. Spread melted chocolate onto each cookie and allow to cool.
