How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the salted butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg white and vanilla extract into the mixture. Mix until everything is combined.
- Combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder in a separate bowl before gradually adding it to the wet ingredients.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and cut out circles with a cookie cutter.
- Bake the cookies at 350°F for 6-8 minutes.
- Cool the cookies on a wire rack completely.
- Microwave the caramels and milk together for 1 minute, stirring halfway.
- Spoon the caramel onto each cooled cookie.
- Chill the cookies and caramel in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Spread melted chocolate onto each cookie and allow to cool.
