Baking Instructions

  2. Cream Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: Add large eggs and vanilla extract; beat until smooth and well combined.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt; gradually blend into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in Mix-ins: Gently fold in mini marshmallows, broken graham crackers, and chocolate chips.
  6. Shape Cookies: Form the cookie dough into balls (about 2-3 tbsp each) and place them on the prepared sheets.
  7. First Bake: Bake cookies for about 10 minutes until edges are set while centers remain soft.
  8. Add Toppings: Press a few marshmallows and chocolate chips onto tops of cookies as soon as they come out of the oven.
  9. Second Bake/Optional Broil: Bake for an additional 1-2 minutes or broil until marshmallows are lightly golden.
