- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix sliced bananas, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Let rest.
- In another bowl, whisk self-rising flour, milk, and sugar until just combined.
- Pour batter into greased baking dish without stirring. Spoon banana mixture on top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and slightly soft in the center.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
