- Assemble Skewers: Take your soaked wooden skewers and start threading them. Begin with a peach wedge, followed by chicken, then jalapeño, repeat one more time with chicken and finish with another peach piece.

- Brush and Place: Lightly brush the assembled skewers with olive oil to prevent sticking, then place them into the air fryer basket in a single layer.

- Prepare the Glaze: While cooking, mix together the peach preserves, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a medium saucepan. Heat until well combined.
