How to Make Spicy Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, and Bisquick. Mix until well blended.
- Scoop the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on the lined baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!
