  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic is a good alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded mozzarella or cheddar recommended.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs Chopped parsley or chives for garnish.

How to Make Stick of Butter Beef and Rice
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the uncooked ground beef, long grain rice, French onion soup, beef consommé, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Dot the top with pats of unsalted butter.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
