How to Make Sticky BBQ Slow Cooker Meatballs
- In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground beef, egg, mustard, chopped onion, bread crumbs, and seasonings. Mix well until combined.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture—about 1 teaspoon each—and roll into tightly shaped meatballs.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs in batches for about 5-7 minutes.
- In your slow cooker, blend the BBQ sauce, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Gently place the browned meatballs into the sauce, cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, keep them warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve.

Notes
Optional: Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for added color. Ensure meatballs are tightly rolled and do not skip browning for additional flavor.
