Preparation
- Start by slicing your beef thinly against the grain and chopping your favorite vegetables. Gather all the sauce ingredients.
Cooking Noodles
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with a little oil.
Sauté Beef
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef strips in batches until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Make Sauce
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Combine
- Return the cooked beef and chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir until everything is well coated in the sauce. Cook until veggies are tender.
Add Noodles
- Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing gently to combine and heat through for about 2 minutes.
Serve
- Plate your Sticky Beef Noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. A squeeze of lime juice is a nice touch!
