Method

Preparation
  1. Start by slicing your beef thinly against the grain and chopping your favorite vegetables. Gather all the sauce ingredients.
Cooking Noodles
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with a little oil.
Sauté Beef
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef strips in batches until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Make Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Combine
  1. Return the cooked beef and chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir until everything is well coated in the sauce. Cook until veggies are tender.
Add Noodles
  1. Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing gently to combine and heat through for about 2 minutes.
Serve
  1. Plate your Sticky Beef Noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. A squeeze of lime juice is a nice touch!
