Method
 

Making the Burgers

  2. Cut chicken breast into pieces and immerse in buttermilk mixture. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  4. Dredge marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring complete coverage; repeat for extra crisp.
  5. Combine butter, honey, chili sauce, and sambal in a pan over low heat; stir until smooth, then set aside.
  6. Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes; drain on paper towels.
  7. Toss fried chicken pieces in honey glaze until well coated.
  8. Assemble burgers on buns with mayonnaise, extra chili sauce, and fresh lettuce.
