  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Any nuts or seeds can be used.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Basil or chives can be an optional garnish.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking.
  2. Prepare the mini sweet bell peppers by washing and slicing in half lengthwise, removing the seeds.
  3. Mix the filling in a bowl by combining cream cheese, goat cheese, cooked sausage, cherry tomatoes, black olives, walnuts, parsley, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the creamy mixture, ensuring they are packed without overflowing.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top of the stuffed peppers.
  6. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
