How to Make Stuffed Pepperoni Pizza Bites
  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about ¼-inch thick. Cut it into squares, approximately 3 inches by 3 inches.
  2. Spoon about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a couple of pepperoni slices into the center of each square, ensuring not to overfill.
  3. Fold the dough square over the filling to create a pocket. Pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  4. Arrange the sealed bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the pizza bites for 15-20 minutes, or until they’re golden brown.
