Preparation Steps
- Prepare the lemonade base by following your favorite homemade lemonade recipe. Chill it in the fridge until nice and cold.
- Wash and slice 4-5 fresh peaches, setting aside a couple of slices for garnish.
- Blend the remaining sliced peaches with 1 cup of the chilled lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve for a smoother texture if desired.
- Combine the peach puree with the rest of the lemonade in the pitcher and stir well.
- Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with the reserved peach slices and a few mint leaves.
