Preparation Steps
- Spread the sun-dried tomato pesto evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the mozzarella cheese on top of the pesto on one slice. Place the second slice on top, pesto side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, then melt the butter.
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown on one side, around 3-4 minutes. Carefully flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the grilled cheese hot for the best flavor.
