Ingredients
  

For the Crostini
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for brushing
For the Whipped Feta
  • 8 ounces Feta cheese block or crumbled
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice a splash
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Hot Honey Drizzle
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes adjust to taste
Optional Garnishes
  • to taste Fresh thyme leaves
  • to taste Chopped pistachios

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and toast for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat honey with red pepper flakes for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Spread the whipped feta over each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Drizzle warm hot honey over the whipped feta, garnishing with thyme or pistachios if desired.
