  3. Whisk the large eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until frothy.
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the rolls, pressing down gently to ensure every piece of bread is soaked.
  5. Cover with foil and let soak for at least 20 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate overnight.
