How to Make Sweet Honey Cinnamon Dessert Blondies
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine melted butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth and glossy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Whisk in the egg, honey, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  4. Fold in the all-purpose flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
  6. Mix the granulated sugar with the remaining cinnamon in a separate bowl. Sprinkle this over the batter.
  7. Bake for 22-25 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Cool the blondies in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift out and cool completely on a wire rack.
