Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the skillet: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Season the chops: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the pork chops: Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and just under 145°F.
  4. Whisk the glaze: In a bowl, combine raspberry preserves, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and minced garlic and whisk together.
  5. Rest the chops: Move pork chops to a plate and let rest.
  6. Simmer the glaze: Pour raspberry mixture into the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Coat the chops: Return pork chops to the skillet, cooking for another minute on each side.
  8. Serve: Plate the pork chops and drizzle with remaining glaze.
