- Whisk the glaze: In a bowl, combine raspberry preserves, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and minced garlic and whisk together.
- Rest the chops: Move pork chops to a plate and let rest.
- Simmer the glaze: Pour raspberry mixture into the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Coat the chops: Return pork chops to the skillet, cooking for another minute on each side.
- Serve: Plate the pork chops and drizzle with remaining glaze.
