  • 2 medium Jalapeños remove seeds and membranes for milder flavor
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 cups Sugar can reduce to 1½ cups for less sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh or powdered
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh juice preferred

Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Chop the fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks and finely slice the jalapeños.
  2. Simmer Syrup: In a saucepan, combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and lemon juice. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add Fruits: Stir in the pineapple and jalapeños. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the fruits are tender and syrup thickens.
  4. Can the Mixture: Pour the hot mixture into sterilized jars while warm and seal tightly. Cool for 12–24 hours.
  5. Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate opened jars after use.
