Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water, let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, then mix in salsa con queso.
- Lightly spray an 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray, layer with one tortilla, followed by 1/3 of the beef mixture and 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Repeat for 2 more layers.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
