Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the Russet potatoes well, pricking them with a fork. Rub with olive oil and bake for 45-60 minutes.
  3. Cook the protein in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, add onion and garlic, and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
