Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain, full fat)
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Paste
For the Spices
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Spices (coriander, cumin, red chili, black pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, chaat masala) Combine for flavor
For the Lamb Chops
  • 4 pieces Lamb Chops
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Green Herbs (Cilantro and Mint)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, avocado oil, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped herbs, salt, and ground spices. Mix until smooth.
  2. Take the lamb chops and coat each chop with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
  3. About 30-40 minutes before cooking, take the chops out of the fridge and let them sit at room temperature.
  4. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Sear the marinated chops for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove the chops and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
