How to Make Tasty Keto Jalapeno Popper Bites
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, diced jalapeños, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended and creamy.
- Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- While the mixture chills, preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream until combined. In another bowl, place the crushed pork rinds.
- Using a cookie scoop, shape the chilled cheese mixture into small balls. Dip each ball into the egg mixture and then roll it in the crushed pork rinds.
- Place the coated bites on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Cook the bites in the air fryer for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let the jalapeno popper bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
