How to Make Tasty Keto Jalapeno Popper Bites
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, diced jalapeños, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended and creamy.
  2. Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. While the mixture chills, preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream until combined. In another bowl, place the crushed pork rinds.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, shape the chilled cheese mixture into small balls. Dip each ball into the egg mixture and then roll it in the crushed pork rinds.
  6. Place the coated bites on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  7. Cook the bites in the air fryer for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Let the jalapeno popper bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
