How to Make the Crookie
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
- Slice carefully through the croissants lengthways, but don't cut all the way through.
- Allow the cookie dough to come to room temperature, then slice pieces and stuff them into the croissants.
- Insert pieces of dark chocolate into the croissants.
- Bake the stuffed croissants in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Drizzle the remaining melted dark chocolate over your crookies once they’re baked.
- Dust with icing sugar before serving.
