Method
 

Steps

  3. Stir in vanilla extract and granulated sugar until well incorporated.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, mixing just until no dry ingredients remain.
  6. Fold in chocolate chunks gently.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan, smoothing the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Cool the brownies in the pan before cutting into squares.
