Cooking Instructions
- Combine sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, toasted sesame oil, fresh ginger, and garlic. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add marinated beef in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Stir fry carrots and snap peas for 2 minutes until bright and just tender.
- Add cabbage and white parts of green onions to the wok and cook for about 2 minutes until cabbage wilts.
- Return sautéed beef with juices to the wok. Add cooked lo mein noodles and toss together.
- Pour sauce over the mixture and toss for 1-2 minutes until well-coated and glossy.
- Toss in green onion tops for garnish. Serve hot.
