  • 2 tablespoons shaved dark chocolate For drizzling

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • whisk
  • small glass jars

Method

How to Make Tiramisu Chia Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, espresso, and maple syrup. Mix well until everything is nicely blended, then let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. After the resting period, whisk the mixture again to prevent chia seeds from clumping together—this ensures a smooth, creamy texture throughout your pudding.
  3. Grab small glass jars or tumblers and start layering! Begin with a spoonful of the chia mixture, then add a layer of Greek yogurt. Continue alternating until the jars are filled.
  4. Take a light dusting of cocoa powder and sprinkle it generously on top of the layered pudding to achieve that classic tiramisu look and flavor.
  5. Place the jars in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but letting them sit overnight is best to allow the pudding to set perfectly.
  6. Optional: Top with fresh berries or shaved dark chocolate for an extra touch of indulgence.
