Ingredients
  

For the Ravioli
  • 1 pound cheese ravioli Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs Essential for coating.
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped Dried parsley can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped Dried oregano can be used.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Fresh garlic works too.
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
For Frying
  • vegetable oil Olive oil is a great substitute.
  • salt
  • pepper
For Serving (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese For garnish.
  • chopped fresh parsley For garnish.
  • Marinara sauce For dipping.

Method
 

Coating and Frying
  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until well combined.
  2. In another shallow bowl, combine the Italian bread crumbs, chopped parsley, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Place the breaded ravioli on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat at least 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a pot.
  6. Fry them in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot, optionally garnished with parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and marinara sauce.
