Coating and Frying
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until well combined.
- In another shallow bowl, combine the Italian bread crumbs, chopped parsley, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the breaded ravioli on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Heat at least 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a pot.
- Fry them in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and marinara sauce.
