  • 1 can Coconut Milk Shake well before measuring.
  • 1-3 pieces Chili Peppers Add to taste, remove seeds for a milder sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil Olive or coconut oil, for sautéing.
For Garnish
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Herbs Like cilantro, enhances flavor and presentation.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the cooking oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add chopped chili peppers to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the well-shaken coconut milk, stirring gently, and bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully place the grouper fillets into the sauce and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. If the sauce is too thin, reduce heat and let it simmer until thickened.
  6. Plate the grouper fillets and drizzle the spicy coconut sauce over each, garnishing with fresh herbs.
